Our statement of Values is perhaps the best expression of the things that are critically important in Integrity. It is Integrity's intention that these values constitute the driving force behind all we do.
We are a church of grace. God's grace allows us to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Because God first forgave us, we must forgive. Matthew 18:21-35
We are a church that will be relevant to society. While the message of the Gospel will never change, the methods and media will change. We must have structures flexible enough to meet the changing needs of those who are seeking God. (Matt. 5:13-16, 1 Cor. 9:19-23; Luke 14:16-23)
As a Biblical community, we must be accountable to all members of the church family, in all areas of life that could affect the church. Conduct or beliefs in serious conflict with Biblical principles must be subject to the Biblical guidelines of church discipline (Acts 2:42-47; 2 Cor. 13:5; Matt. 18:15-20; Matt. 5:23-24)
We are a New Testament church founded on Jesus Christ, that teaches Biblical truths, cares for the less fortunate, and values a relational culture among its members. (Acts 2:42-47)
All members are equally important, having spiritual gifts as determined by the Holy Spirit. It is the church's responsibility to equip members themselves to be ministers. (Ephesians 4:7-13; 1 Cor. 12:22)
