The Mission House Bakery is thrilled to announce significant progress in its buildout! We
are excited to share that the long-awaited walls have finally been installed, marking a
major milestone in our journey.
This week, our team will focus on the plumbing installation and the custom-fitted vent
hood. Once the vent hood is in place, we will move forward with dropping the ceiling and
installing the lighting.
Over the next week, we plan to order the remaining equipment necessary for our
operations, including ovens, a gas range, work tables, and essential smallwares. We are
also looking forward to our upcoming meeting with the Department of Agriculture to
secure the final sign-off on the bakery. This will bring us to the point of launching our
ministry of baking with purpose, supporting global missions.
