At Integrity Church, we’re blessed to have a community of individuals who pour their
hearts into serving others, and this month, we’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on our
Volunteer of the Month: Todd McKinney. Todd’s dedication, humility, and musical talent
have made him an invaluable member of our worship team, where he consistently goes
above and beyond to glorify God and uplift our congregation.
Todd is a true multi-instrumentalist, bringing a wealth of skill to the worship team.
Whether he’s strumming the guitar, laying down a groove on the bass, tickling the keys, or
lending his voice to the vocals, Todd’s versatility is a gift to our church. But it’s not just his
musical ability that sets him apart—it’s his heart for service. Week after week, Todd shows
up with a willing spirit, ready to contribute wherever he’s needed. His humility shines
through in the way he approaches his role, never seeking the spotlight for himself but
always pointing it back to the One we worship.
One of the most remarkable things about Todd is his readiness to step up, even in the most
unexpected moments. There have been times when a team member couldn’t make it, and
Todd has filled in on the fly—sometimes without prior notice or rehearsal. His ability to
adapt and serve under pressure is a testament to both his talent and his trust in God’s
provision.
“Todd is the kind of person who makes ministry a joy,” says one of his fellow worship
team members. “He’s not just talented—he’s teachable, approachable, and always ready to
help. You can feel his love for God in the way he plays and the way he serves.”
